Dental Clean & Scale
Teeth cleaning is a very simple procedure that will have long lasting benefits for the health of your teeth and gums. Some patients need special care in looking after their gums. Teeth cleaning will remove any plaque or tartar build up on the fronts of your teeth and it will also remove pockets of plaque that build up between your gums and the teeth.
We always endeavour to keep appointments available for patients requiring emergency urgent treatment. If an emergency dental visit is required, we will focus on eliminating pain and stabilising the condition. Once we determine the cause of the condition, we will explain the treatment options available and try and resolve the problem.
If you experience a toothache contact us immediately and we will see you as quickly as we can. In the meantime, rinse your mouth regularly with water, try to clean any debris from any obvious cavities and use dental floss to remove any trapped particles of food. If swelling is present, place a cold compress to the outside of the cheek and take pain relief if necessary.
Any obvious damage to a tooth should be treated as soon as possible, contact us immediately and we will see you as quickly as we can. Tooth chips or fractures can cause problems in the future, our team can help prevent the damage from getting worse. In the meantime, apply a cold pack to the cheek or lips over the broken tooth and rinse your mouth well with warm water.

Veneers are thin, custom made ceramics restorations that are permanently bonded to the front surface of teeth. They can transform teeth that are broken, chipped, stained, have large gaps between them, and in some instances, uneven or misaligned teeth. Veneers improve the colour and shape of teeth, and give a spectacular lift to your smile.
Teeth whitening is an effective procedure to remove staining to enable discoloured teeth to look whiter, giving you a beautiful sparkling smile. We provide a customised take home bleaching treatment, which can fit around your lifestyle. You will be provided with detailed instructions on the treatment and will also be offered aftercare support.
While we do our best to work closely with patients to protect their natural teeth, life sometimes has other plans and extraction becomes necessary. We have an experienced team that are able to provide a full range of oral surgery options from simple tooth extraction to wisdom teeth removal.
Tooth Extractions (including wisdom teeth)
A tooth extraction is quite simply removing a tooth from the mouth. The most common type of extraction is for wisdom teeth. These can be extracted under local anaesthetic or with the aid of IV sedation. Complex wisdom teeth are referred to a specialist.
Generally, most dental treatment is carried out with local anaesthetic. For patients that have a real anxiety or fear about their treatment, IV sedation is offered.
We offer all types of fillings. These include composite (white fillings) and amalgams, ceramic to gold. All have different qualities and we will advise you on what would be the best restoration for each of your teeth that require treatment.
Crowns are natural looking tooth shaped caps which fit over your teeth. Crowns can be used over teeth with large fillings, root canals or cracks. A crown will protect these teeth from fracture and help prevent problems in the future.
The aim of root canal treatment is to save a tooth that has been badly damaged due to the decay reaching the nerve of the tooth or that the tooth has become infected. Once the root canals have been accessed, they are carefully cleaned, enlarged and shaped. Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial medicine are placed in the canals and then the canals are filled and a restoration is placed. Often a crown will need to be placed.
Dental implants are used to replace a missing tooth or teeth. They will replace the entire tooth, including the root and will have a crown placed on top. They will look and feel as close to your natural teeth as possible.
Partial and Full Dentures
Dentures are worn to replace natural teeth and are designed for both fit and aesthetics so that you can feel confident in your appearance. Full dentures offer a reliable solution to replace all your natural teeth and partial dentures will act to replace just some of your teeth and will be matched to your natural teeth for a seamless result.
